Here is a stunning Victorian style,
crescent
moon-shaped lamp shade on an antique, Art Nouveau lamp base. I made this lamp shade by hand. It was made with pink satin fabric and fine netting with embroidery, rhinestones, and sequins. It has a total of 3 layers of fringe, including pale pink triangular/crescent moon-shaped beaded fringe. Pain staking detail and many, many hours of work have gone into creating this one of a kind lamp shade. It is hand sewn; each layer of fabric/lace is
individually
sewn on, as well as fringe. The shade measures about 12" wide; the lamp with shade
measures 23" tall
.
The antique Art Nouveau lamp ba
se is included. I've wrapped some trim around the top of the base (covers what looks like a candle base) as it matches so well, but can be easily removed based on preference.
