These bobble heads are part of a personal collection of items from several enclosed display cases.  I have been asked to sell these items for the family of the owner who has passed on to help with their expenses

PLEASE READ THIS SO YOU KNOW IN ADVANCE:
Unlike some sellers who ship fragile items in the smallest box possible or in bubble mailers to save postage,
I
DO NOT
do that.
If you want air-packs (that always arrive deflated, crumpled newspaper or tiny boxes... there are plenty of sellers who will accommodate you.
Our #1 goal is a satisfied customer when the item they paid for arrives undamaged... PERIOD!
All fragile items are wrapped in several layers of bubble wrap then placed in a box with plenty of biodegradable packing material between the item and the outside of the box.  NEVER air-packs and NEVER crumpled newspaper.
TAMPER PROOF LABEL UNDERNEATH
All bobbleheads will be shipped with an identifying sequentially numbered tamper-proof label underneath (see photo).  It can easily be removed but it cannot be re-applied once removed.  If removed the label will show "VOID".   This is so that if there is damage from shipping, we can see proof that it is the item we sent should a claim for 'Not as Described' be opened.
I wish I did not have to do this but in the past I have been victim of buyers who like to replace their broken item with a good item at my expense, and then want their money back claiming the item I sent arrived damaged.   When it arrives you will see how well the item is packed and understand how dishonest that claim was.  In the event the USPS totally crushed the box and damages the item, please send me a photo of the broken item WITH the label visible.  Not just a photo of the broken item and a photo of the label.   I must be able to see the broken item AND the label in the same photo.

SHIPPING
Priority Mail, FedEx or UPS
Each bobblehead with box weighs just over 1 pound unwrapped/unboxed.  Each box measures approx 10" x 5" x 5".  When I wrap them and place it in a large enough box to allow for several inches of protection to ensure safe delivery it will weigh about 4 pounds pound (the empty box has weigh as does the bubblewrap & packing).
Before complaining the shipping is expensive... I agree it is.  But that's a reality!   I do not add a service fee, handling charge or make a profit by overstating shipping.  I enter the package dimensions and weight - eBay does the rest.  Still feel like complaining?  I can understand that... complain to the USPS, FedEx or UPS.  Call or visit their website and ask them what they will charge to ship a 14" x14" x14" box that weighs approx 4-5 pounds from AZ to you.
HANDLING TIME
:
This item will be shipped within Two (2) Business Days after receipt of clear payment.  If payment is received on Thursday or Friday - it will be shipped the following week.

NO RETURNS

Due to the fragile nature of this figurine, and because in the past we accepted a return on a fragile item but the buyer did not feel the need to carefully wrap it as we did, and it arrived broken.
Due to his carelessness his use of a tiny box (not the one we used), the USPS claim was denied and we were out the money after he opened a dispute and eBay refunded the buyer when the tracking shows it was received... not caring it arrived broken due to his carelessness!
This item will be shipped WITH insurance
If it arrives damaged or broken, please contact the USPS as it was shipped with insurance and the shipper is responsible for any damage that occurs while they have the package.
