MIBRO's 8" Stacking Dado cuts a smooth and precise flat-bottomed groove, either across or with the grain in all types of wood, plywood and composite wood materials.
This set can cut grooves ranging in width from 1/4" to 13/16", increasing in 1/16" increments.
Use the Dado to make a variety of different cuts, including Dado, Groove, Rabbet, Fillet, and Mortise & Tenon.

Two blades:
8" diameter.
24 Carbide Teeth.
5/8" Arbor Hole.
5,000 Max RPM.
Both blades have a tooth pattern of 5 beveled cutting teeth, followed by 1 straight raker tooth.
Anti-kickback tooth profile prevents the blade from being fed material too quickly.
Blade Technology
Each tooth is electronically welded onto the blade body by fully-automated equipment from Germany. This ensures exact, centered placement and the correct amount of brazing material.
Extra large carbide teeth make for longer lasting blades and overall life. Premium carbide helps to ensure the carbide does not chip or fracture easily.
5 Chipper Blades
(1) 1/16" Chipper.
(4) 1/8" Chipper.
Each Chipper Blade features two extra-large carbide teeth, which are also electronically welded onto the blade body by fully-automated equipment from Germany.
The Chipper Blades are ground on the same equipment, at the same time, as the Outside Blades. This ensures that all of the blades together will cut a flat-bottomed groove.
7 Metal Shims
Width ranges from 0.004" to 0.096".
3-5/32" Diameter.
5/8" Arbor Hole.
Shims allow for very fine adjustments to the overall width of the Dado setup.
